Kate Middleton 'Dressed Up As Cheryl Cole For Hen Night Celebrations'

Tonight William, I'm Going To Be Cheryl Cole

If you were in any doubt of Cheryl Cole's 'national treasure' status then prepare to be convinced - she's had the royal seal of approval from none other than Kate Middleton after she dressed up as Chezza on her hen night!

And not only did The Duchess of Cambridge wear the same military outfit Cheryl wore in the 'Fight For This Love' video (including those sexy slashed trousers) but she also performed the entire dance routine.

How we imagine Kate would have looked dressed as Cheryl

The revelation comes from Cheryl herself in her new autobiography, 'Cheryl: My Story'.

After performing at this year's Queen's Jubilee concert, the singer partied with the royals at Buckingham Palace, when she was told she had a bit of competition by none other than Prince William.

Cheryl writes: "The party in Buckingham Palace afterwards was incredible. Just when I was thinking the day couldn’t get any more incredible, Prince William and Kate came over for a chat.

"‘Did you know you’ve got a bit of competition’ Wills said with a cheeky look in his eye. ‘From who?’

“Wills looked at Kate and they both started laughing before Kate confessed that she dressed up as me on her hen night, in a bodysuit and split trousers and sang 'Fight For This Love'.

“She even learned the dance routine and was step perfect by all accounts, as her sister Pippa and brother James also came over and told me all about it. ‘Well, I’m very flattered!’ I said. I could just imagine her and it was so surreal.”
