Lionel Messi couldn't help but look baffled when linesman Nicolas Yegros requested a picture with the world player of the year during Argentina's World Cup qualifier with Chile.
Flying in the face of officials' impartial obligations, Paraguayan Yegros was granted his request much to Barcelona forward Messi's confusion.
What may have been deemed an unprofessional act was however irrelevant to Yegros. According to the South American media, since it was the last match he was officiating "he did not care about any fines or punishment from FIFA".

Messi scored along with Real Madrid's Gonzalo Higuaín as Argentina earned a 2-1 victory.
