Tulisa Contostavlos has proved a real drag for her bosses at ITV by illegally sparking up backstage.
The pop star loves puffing on cigarettes in between performances on the talent show, but instead of bracing herself for the cold and standing outside, she has allegedly been smoking in her dressing room at Wembley studios.
Tulisa: No smoke without fire
Smoking in public venues and at work was banned in the 2006 Health Act, and local council officials have reportedly fired off a letter warning TV bosses the singer had better stub out her habit.
A source told The Sun: "Bosses aren't happy that she's causing trouble."
The telling-off comes just two weeks after Tulisa was left humiliated after fellow judge Gary Barlow called out her smoker's breath live on TV.
After she criticised his act Chris Maloney, Barlow bit back: "I don't know what's offended me more, what you've said or your fag-ash breath."
The Take That frontman later apologised to the ex-N-Dubz star, saying: "Can I apologise to Tulisa - I mean it. You have the freedom to be as personal as you like to me for the rest of the series - insult me."
