Mario Balotelli may have just become a dad for the first time, but the footballer has been romancing a model rather than celebrating the birth.
While his former partner Raffaella Fico welcomed their daughter Pia in a clinic in their native Italy, the Manchester City star was with a Belgian model named Fanny Robert Neguesha.
Mario's bad boy behaviour was found out when a reporter from The Sun turned up at his home in Cheshire to offer congratulations on his good news, only for the door to be answered by Fanny. And when asked if she was a friend of Mario's, she answered: "No, I am the girlfriend."
The stunner isn't keeping quiet about her romance - she has posted photos on her Twitter.com page of his home, as well as a snap of her posing on the bonnet of his custom-painted Bentley.
A source told The Sun: "Fanny is absolutely stunning and Mario really likes her. They only met a few weeks ago but are both very keen on each other. Mario wanted to spend some time with her so paid for her and a pal to fly to Manchester. They have had a blast and Fanny was with Mario the night his daughter was born. He was delighted to become a dad and Fanny was happy for him as well. But at the moment he hasn't made any plans to go and see Raffaella and his daughter."
The footballer was once engaged to Raffaella but she dumped him after finding out he had been cheating on her, and announced she was pregnant with his baby shortly afterwards.
