As Keira Knightley was spotted out and about in London with her fiancé yesterday, it was revealed the actress had suffered from pleurisy last year.
The 'Atonement' star - who was looking more loved up than ever with James Righton on a romantic stroll - has spoken of how she was struck down with the agonising lung infection without knowing it.

Keira thought she had injured her ribs while rehearsing for a show and battled through the pain, only to find out weeks later she had pleurisy.
She told Australia's Harper's Bazaar magazine: "You do period films and you get some sort of weird archaic disease. And I didn't realise, so I went on for another month. I just stupidly never went to a doctor.
"I was rehearsing for this play and and then I found in rehearsals it got so bad that I couldn't stand up any more. And they said, 'Please, can you go to the doctor?'"
Keira and James announced their engagement last year, and they subsequently splashed out £2.4m on a love nest for her and the Klaxons star to share in London's Spitalfields.
The couple - who have been together for nearly two years - were introduced by mutual pal and fellow trendy Alexa Chung, soon after Keira finished her long-term romance with actor Rupert Friend.
