'Gallon smashing' is the latest daft stunt sweeping the net. Participants throw mega-cartons of milk into the air in the supermarket and then fall to the ground and pretend to be hurt. But for one group of teens the joke turned sour.
But two brothers and their cousin from Falls Church, Virginia, US., are set to be charged with disorderly behaviour and destruction of property as a result of their pranks.
Police have been on the case for more than a month and were tipped off to the offences when they saw a video made by the teens, which was posted on YouTube.
