Taylor Swift has reportedly paid $17.75 million in cold hard cash for a stunning beachfront mansion in Rhode Island.
The 23-year-old singer was spotted viewing the 16-room property with her mother, Andrea, father, Scott and younger brother Austin.

And after negotiating more than $6million off the original asking price of $24million, the 'Trouble' singer paid for her new investment in a single cash payment.

Her new 11,000 sq ft home in the seaside village of Watch Hill, boasts eight bedrooms, 10.5 bathrooms, eight fireplaces, swimming pool, gym and stunning views of the sea and a seven mile stretch of sandy beach.
Taylor's latest purchase will add to her ever-growing property portfolio, which also includes a home in Beverly Hills as well as a penthouse and gated mansion in Nashville, where her parents are believed to live.
