The new series of 'The X Factor' has only just started filming, but are we already starting to see cracks showing on the new judging panel?
Gary Barlow has accused the returning Sharon Osbourne and her fellow hellraiser Louis Walsh of splitting off from him and Nicole Scherzinger in a new video interview to mark the start of the auditions, which kicked off on Tuesday.
Of course, Gary is joking (for now, anyway), but Louis has promised conflict "in a good way" when the show returns to screens in the autumn.
And Sharon - who has returned to the panel after five years away, in place of Tulisa - is already making digs at rival show 'The Voice'.
"You can have the best voice in the world, but the oldest saying is they've got the perfect face for radio," she said.
