Ciara was performing on a catwalk when a woman reached out amid fans to hand her the lawsuit. The 27-year-old R&B star reached out for the papers nonchalantly while continuing to sing and then flung them back.
Ciara's reps told TMZ they had informed the club that she would not be be able to make it.
