Andy Murray has reached his fifth consecutive Wimbledon semi-final after a straight-sets victory against Mikhail Youzhny.
The Scot was made to sweat by his opponent, who led the second set tie-break, but Murray came through 6-4 7-6 6-1 on Centre Court.
Murray will play Spaniard Fernando Verdasco on Wednesday for a semi-final berth.
His two-hour-and-37-minute victory over Youzhny also maintained his immaculate record of not dropping a set at the Championships.
"It was a tough match," Murray told the BBC. "The first couple of sets, especially, but once I got ahead in the third I concentrated very hard not to let him back in, like I did in the second set.

"I don't take anything for granted so I don't expect to come into these sort of events to win them, I've only won one."
The 26-year-old had to show his fighting qualities today, particularly in the second set as he recovered from five games to two down and then from 5-3 behind in the tie-break.
Having negotiated that hurdle to take a two-set lead, Murray was forced to wait longer for the re-start when Youzhny took a medical timeout before the start of the third set for treatment to his right shoulder.
Murray was forced on to the backfoot and saved two break points before breaking the Youzhny serve, as the number 20 seed's final opportunity passed.
Another break gave Murray a 5-1 advantage and the chance to serve for it, as he secured victory with a crisp volley.
