There are very few brides who would actually go all out in a BLACK wedding dress, but Avril Lavigne did exactly that to marry her Nickelback man Chad Kroeger.
Lavigne wore a black Monique Lhuillier gown to float down the aisle at the Chateau de la Napoule on the French Riviera. Not only did she do gothic-themed gorgeousness (complete with a bouquet of black roses) but Chad was also in a black two-piece suit. Think matchy-matchy pop star and her rock star man.
While Avril - as ever - went a little too heavy on the black eye makeup, we salute the fact that she shrugged off wearing traditional white to take her second jaunt down the aisle (she was married to Deryck Whibley from Sum 41 back in 2006, remember?)
