British designer Julien MacDonald has reportedly been personally asked by none other than Beyonce to design all the on-stage garb for her upcoming Mrs Carter tour.
A source allegedly told The Mirror, "Julien is a huge Beyonce fan so he's really excited about producing some custom-made, bespoke outfits... This is a huge coup for him. Bey loves his work and has often worn his outfits."
Julien will certainly have a big ol' fash task on his hands kitting Queen B out for the mammoth 59-date tour which kicks off in Belgrade on April 15. From the looks of the campaign poster, Bey's going for a retro pin-up vibe, so we're expecting Mr MacDonald to pull out some spectacular numbers to match that ultra-blond hair.
We wonder whether we'll be seeing anymore exotic animal skin bodices from the songstress a la the Super Bowl half time show. Hmmmm.
