Elton John hosted his annual Aids Foundation Oscars viewing party in Hollywood on Sunday night and guess who showed up?

Britney Spears took the opportunity to show off her brand new look - brunette hair, svelte figure and sparkly black gown - tick, tick, tick.

Kim Kardashian continued to shun maternity wear and instead, did her Hollywood glam thing in a floor-length gown, while Kourtney did her best to outdo her sister in a Brian Rennie for Basler dress (the giant floral print helped, but nothing could beat that cleavage or the fur accessory).
