The Duchess of Cambridge visited Baker Street tube station with the Queen and Prince Philip on Wednesday morning, to mark the 150th anniversary of London Underground.

After a visit to Child Bereavement UK earlier this week, it looks like Duchess Kate has got her spring maternity style sussed. This time she chose a navy coat from Malene Birger paired with her staple opaque tights and black stilettos.

Luckily, Kate avoided a colour-clashing situation with the Queen, who opted for a cream design by Karl Ludwig. The question is, will the mum-to-be wear her latest accessory? A member of Transport for London gave her a 'baby on board' badge during the visit.
