In our humble opinion: If the Queen ever fancied a day off, we'd strongly advise Buckingham Palace to look no further than Joan Collins. The amount of bling that Joanie wears means that she will effortlessly make the transition to crown wearing, and Joan clearly knows the importance of matching her dress to her shoes to her bag to her tights. Joan also has an OBE, which makes her practically a royal in our book. Obvs the Queen wouldn't be quite so brazen with her decolletage and flouncing cuffs...
