And that she did, "pulling out" her breasts at the same time...
The singer looked a bit like The Little Mermaid on acid (if you can imagine a Disney character being in such a state), wearing a fluoro green wig and matching tutu skirt, with her boobs covered with sparkly... cannabis plants?
Gaga took her gaga costume out for a Halloween party with her friend and makeup artist Tara Savelo, who uploaded the pic to Twitter.
