Verdict? The colour's pretty but we can't escape the fact the dress looks like the lovechild of Dougal from The Magic Roundabout and an old-fashioned lampshade... Sometimes "fringing" is best left on the forehead.
*Isn't it doubly strange when a dress has its own "fringe" made out of "fringing"?
