Often one of the most highly anticipated shows of fashion month, all eyes were on Prada Autumn/Winter 2013 at day two of Milan Fashion Week on Thursday and guess what? Praise and admiration for the latest collection has been pouring in. Yep, Miuccia Prada has done it again.
While there were references to Prada's past (the chunky platforms are back), slouchy cardigans and off-the-shoulder dresses added, in the words of Miucca herself, a "raw elegance" to this collection. However - it wasn't without grace and sophistication. The waist belts, sequin embellished coats and luxe fabrics were a reminder that this season's Prada girl is still glamorous. The oversized clutch bags? Destined to be a hit for A/W too.
