She even tweeted: "Heading to my #GQ cover party #menoftheyear #and1woman" to make sure we all got the memo that she was running things at GQ HQ.

Verdict? This low-cut, shoe-string strappy dress is more than she wore for the magazine cover, but RiRi still managed to turn heads in this sexy number.
