Leopard print and towering updos: is this the best hair ever seen at the Paris couture shows?
Jean Paul Gaultier presented his Autumn/Winter couture collection on Wednesday afternoon and yes, the collection was packed with Gaultier's signature eccentric styles but the front row was just as taken with the spectacular hair.
From the hair to the hats, Gaultier's famous conical shapes were everywhere. Collars were sharp, heels were high and the fabrics were luxe too - lots of leather, leopard and plenty of feather and sequin embellishment. The message? Gaultier's girl is as strong as ever and if she's wearing his couture, she's a girl not to be messed with.
