Fashion and textiles students of Somerset College showcased their graduate collections at Free Range, an Old Truman Brewery project that allows fresh, need-to-be-noticed talent to exhibit their work. For the record, it was seriously impressive.
With an awesome array of both ultra-modern and ultra-feminine shapes, cool hues of blue, grey and green, plus the use of print, plastic, chiffon and silk - this class know exactly how to please a fashion-hungry crowd.
The vibe was contemporary with oversized, armour-like pieces all about the shoulder pads but there was also a French influence to the pastel prints (very Toile de Jouy, non?)
Take a look through this gallery of photos from the show - and p.s yes those are wellington boots you spy...
