The Ravensbourne Catwalk Show was hard and fast. Hard to take your eyes off and fast to field out design collections guaranteed to turn heads. The vibe during this show was ACHINGLY cool.
Clio Peppiatt showed a collection that was all swagger: loud print minis and playsuits, metallic jackets, ghetto gold AND hamburger handbags. It was edgy and fun and we want to see more.
Keeping up with the 90s street-wear trend was Rose Blair who stormed the runway with crop-tops, denims, bombers and outer-jackets with compartments carrying ACTUAL My Little Pony figures, glittery bum-bags and jelly shoe-boots. Working it all - good girls playing bad.
This show confirmed that the Ravensbourne fash pack are up there with the coolest - when we weren't soaking up the punchy pinks and holograms we were all over the drama in Emma Vivian's pieces: ultra-feminine and floral.
The menswear was also worth a shout out - particularly that by Jack Bebbington who did that over-sized fur thing (trims and seperates) along with print two-piece suits. William Baxter also showed a sharp collection of suits and went all out on the belts and braces front. Smart guy.
