Katie Price's ex boyfriend Leandro Penna is facing jail after he fled the country and missed a court date.
The Argentinian model was due to appear in court back in March to face allegations of common assault, but skipped bail.
He was arrested following a ruck with a man at his east London home back in December last year.

A Scotland Yard spokesman has now confirmed to The Mirror that a warrant has been 'issued for his arrest'.
Common assault carries a maximum sentence of six-months, while he could get three months for failing to attend court.

Katie revelled in Leo's arrest the first time around, tweeting: "Just had a phone call...someones been arrested at last his true colours are being shown."
While we like to think she's rubbing her hands with glee at this latest development, she's probably too focused on her new baby.
Leandro is now back in Argentina where he is competing on 'Splash!', after he was forced to pull out of the UK version earlier this year due to injury.
