After years of featuring in her famous dad's song lyrics, Eminem's daughter has found stardom of her own – crowned her school's Homecoming Queen.
Hailie Scott, 17 – the rapper's daughter by Kim Scott - was watched by her proud father as she stole the limelight to be crowned at Michigan's Chippewa High School.
Parents said the infamously tough-guy rapper got teary eyed.
"Hailie came out with her mother Kim (Scott) when she was introduced with all the other kids but her father watched from inside the school because he didn't want to cause a scene – he wanted Hailie to have her own moment," said a parent.
"I heard our people had him in the cafeteria so he could see what was going on outside, but I can't confirm that," said George Sobah, president of the Chippewa Valley Board of Education.
The rapper reportedly watched the football game and the homecoming proceedings from a classroom. In the last year of high school, a homecoming king and queen are voted for by their classmates.
Another parent commented that Eminem, whose real name is Marshall Mathers, was beaming with pride.
"He opened the door and looked out like - 'That's my daughter!' He just looked like a proud father," the parent said.
