There are some things that you can always rely on 'I'm A Celebrity' for… gratuitous shots of minor celebs in teeny weeny bikinis having a shower in a waterfall, someone gagging on a kangaroo anus and some Z-lister shrieking like a toddler and wimping out of one of the Bushtucker Trials.

We can only assume that the likes of Helen Flanagan, Paul Burrell and Natalie Appleton never watched the show before they all headed to the jungle as that can surely be the only explanation for why their trials came as such a shock to them - but TV gold to us.
