And none quite so successfully as Towie star Lucy Mecklenburgh it seems. The fitness fanatic has been showing off the results of all her strict workout regime on Instagram and posted a closeup shot of her derriere on Friday while wearing a thong leotard.

She linked the picture from Twitter and wrote: "My Squat Challenge finally paid off!" Well, we can't deny it, she's telling the truth.
