If your child has an eye for adventure and likes a walk on the wild side, this competition could be right up their street.
The search for the Young Adventurer of the Year is now on, with children's magazine, National Geographic Kids, looking for youngsters who can show a flare for fun and adventure, whether it be exploring off the beaten track, braving far-flung countries or getting outside and working with animals and wildlife.
If you think your child has got true intrepid spirit and could win the title, visit www.ngkids.co.uk to upload your nomination. The competition will be judged by Steve Backshall, presenter of CBBC show, Deadly 60.
The winner gets a family holiday for 13 days in Nepal to explore Kathmandu, the Himalayas and the Chitwan wildlife reserve, while five runners-up will each receive National Geographic adventure kits.
Happy exploring!
