The MiC team trooped off to South Africa this week where Jamie got the heave ho from Lucy. Meanwhile stay at home Andy found a way to get his revenge on arch-enemy Spenny, reports Will Gore
This week the world has mourned the death of Nelson Mandela. At times of sadness like this we all need comforting words, so it was a relief to be able to turn to Twitter and read the thoughts of the Made in Chelsea crew.
Binky posted one of the great man's moving quotes, Louise Thompson tweeted the simple but affecting "rip Mandela", and Lucy Watson brought a tear to my eye with the beautiful, "R.I.P Nelson Mandela. A true hero, never to be forgotten"
By a bizarre coincidence, Made in Chelsea went on location to South Africa this week. During my traipse around Twitter, I noticed one over-imaginative MiC fan proffering this idiotic conspiracy theory: "Bit strange how @JamieLaing_UK @ImLucyWatson@BinkyFelstead all go to South Africa and then Nelson Mandela passes away... During their dinner date, Vitalia waited until the food arrived (a serving of Bon Jovi seafood – a pile of fish and dry ice) before telling Andy she follows a Spanish diet and only eats olives in the evening. He said something about how she "must get drunk quite quickly". Vita smiled in confirmation and suddenly The Singing Nostrils could hardly contain his excitement. "Shall I just send this back and we'll just get some olives and get really drunk?" he spluttered, virtually pulling his trousers down as the words tumbled out. Next week we'll find out whether Andy managed to seal the deal. Spencer, for one, can't wait to hear the news. LOVE THIS WRITER? Follow him on Twitter @WillGore. MORE!
