Peter Wegner's stunning set of photos published on create a new perspective on NYC. One that you can only see by turning the city on its head.

Instead of steel and concrete, Wegner's skyscrapers are made of clouds, sunsets and darkening skies.

Peter Wegner is an American artist who graduated from Yale University whose work belongs to the permanent collections of many museums, including New York's Museum of Modern Art and the Guggenheim.
