If the rumours are true, Gwyneth Paltrow and Chris Martin are selling their £7million London mansion in hopes of downsizing to a smaller house.
The couple moved into their Belsize Park home in North London ten years ago after buying it from actress Kate Winslet for £2.5million. Wanting more space they then brought the house next door for £3.1 million and joined the two together. Well why not, hey?!
Reports have suggested the couple are looking for a smaller home in the Regent's Park area. But it is unlikely to be their permanent home (boo), because the couple relocated to Los Angeles last year.
The Daily Star has claimed their neighbours are happy to see the couple leave after extensive building work. Personally, we'd be quite happy living next to this pair.
