The controversial singer looked barely recognisable as she stripped down for the new issue of the fashion magazine.
With her long platinum hair and bleached brows (not to mention her aversion to clothes), it was like Miley had stolen her pop rival's look.
The star was the subject of a special interview for the mag conducted by Woody Allen's son Ronan Farrow, which saw her open up about love, sexuality and marijuana.
Miley also made no apologies for her raunchy image, telling the magazine: "I'm trying to tell girls, like, ‘F*ck that. You don’t have to wear makeup. The March issue of W Magazine is out on 12 February.
