John Berlin Thanks Facebook For Late Son's 'Look Back' Video

A father whose video asking Facebook to release his late son's 'Look Back' video has thanked the social networking site after finally receiving the clip.

John Berlin's son, Jesse, died on January 28 2012 aged just 21 but without his password the grieving father was unable to access his account.

Facebook recently released one-minute 'highlight' videos for most of the users on its website, to mark its 10 year anniversary.

Naturally, Berlin wanted to see his son's video and try and remember some of his happier moments.

Berlin pleaded with Facebook in a video posted online that went viral and was seen by over two-and-a-half million people.

Facebook agreed to the delight of Berlin who wrote: "It worked I was just contacted by FB by phone and there going to make a vid just for us

"They also said they’re going to look at how they can better help families who have lost loved ones."
