Ten bedrooms (ensuite, natch), five libraries and a swimming pool lined with 24 carat gold - sound good enough for your new family home?
The Beckham family seem to think so, with rumours swirling that David and Victoria are thinking of shelling out $50 million (£36 million) for a 23,000 sq.ft. mansion on Miami's Ocean Drive.
The mansion is the former residence of fashion legend Gianni Versace, who was murdered outside the property in 1997 as he left to pick up the morning paper, in a seemingly random attack by spree killer Andrew Cunanan. His sister Donatella Versace is a close friend of fashion-conscious Victoria.
If the rumours are true, the house would be their most expensive property yet - making their Hertfordshire estate, dubbed 'Beckingham Palace', seem like a mere potting shed at a meagre £12 million.
The move to Miami is part of David's plan to establish a top-tier football team in the city. We imagine that with 10 bedrooms, 11 bathrooms and a 12-car garage it won't be any problem having the boys come around after practice...
