Children with a sweet tooth will happily drink this rich smoothie, oblivious to the fact they are in fact consuming a dreaded vegetable!
Prep Time:15 minutes
Cook Time:1 hour (for cooking the butternut squash)
Serves: 4
Ingredients:
200g butternut squash
2 large ripe bananas, chopped
350ml cloudy apple juice
Fresh mint leaves, to garnish
Handful of raspberries, to serve
