One look at Goop's Instagram account (curated by Gwyneth Paltrow) and you'll soon realise it's all juices, flowers, beautiful interiors and lots of green stuff. Then, just when you start daydreaming and getting a serious case of life-envy, you'll stumble across this video.
It was posted on Wednesday with the caption, 'coming soon: @tracyandersonmethod for #goop exclusive,' and yes, it features fitness guru Tracy Anderson dancing and jumping around in a crop top and leggings.
So - what does this mean? A Tracy Anderson and Goop collaboration is clearly in the pipeline. As Gwyneth and Tracy have been friends for years, it was only a matter of time before the two worked on an exercise project together.
Look out for pictures of Gwyneth working up a sweat anytime soon. Just one more reason to browse the site's Instagram page when in need of workout inspiration...
