While hip-hop star Tinie Tempah has previously appeared at the event, it will Icona Pop and chart-topping newcomer Jess Glynne’s first time at the festival.
Cee Lo Green has also been added to the line-up, as have Aussie rockers Howling Bells, indie band To Kill A King and British singer Sophie Ellis-Bextor.
Swedish House Mafia’s John Martin will also make his V debut and BBC Sound Of 2014 nominee Chloe Howl is also set to make an appearance.
This year’s event takes place from Friday 15 to Sunday 17 August and Justin Timberlake and The Killers will headline. Other acts on the bill include Kaiser Chiefs, Rizzle Kicks, Bastille and Rudimental. Click here for the full line-up.
V Festival takes place in August and sees acts perform at two UK locations, Chelmsford’s Hylands Park and Weston Park in Staffordshire.
Now in its 19th year, V has previously seen show-stopping sets from the likes of Beyonce, Coldplay, Stone Roses and Kings Of Leon.
