Emma Willis has opened up about her husband Matt Willis’s stint in rehab at the beginning of their relationship.
The ‘Celebrity Big Brother’ presenter broke down in tears during an interview with Fearne Cotton for the show ‘Fearne and McBusted’, when she revealed that even though she hadn’t known Matt for long when he was first admitted to rehab she stayed with him.

She said: “He went to rehab when I'd known him for three months. We hadn't known each other for very long and I was kind of in this whirlwind with him.
“You don't really think about it, then more time goes along and he went in again.”
Matt was first admitted to The Priory in 2005 after his drinking got out of hand, and returned a year later for an addiction to cannabis.
She eventually married the McBusted singer in 2008, the same year that The Mirror reported he’d once again returned to rehab after his drinking reportedly spiralled out of control once again.
Emma also discussed how important it was to her that she support her husband through his darkest times, adding: “This isn't a kid that needs a couple of weeks' break, it's someone who genuinely has a problem. I'm not going to leave him because he has a problem. You have to stick together and get through it.”
Matt first found fame as a member of Busted, who joined forces with McFly in 2013 to form the supergroup McBusted.
Meanwhile Emma will be back presenting ‘Big Brother’ when it returns to screens in June, and it was recently announced that Luisa Zissman would be joining the presenting team on spin-off show ‘Big Brother’s Bit On The Side’.
'Fearne and McBusted' airs Wednesday May 21 at 9pm on ITV2.
