The nation was transfixed by his cuteness on the Royal Tour of Australia and New Zealand earlier this year, and now Prince George has officially had his first big milestone moment.
The 10-month-old has taken his first steps and is toddling about without the help of his parents, his mother - the Duchess of Cambridge - has revealed.
Although it is unclear exactly when the Prince took his first steps, Kate couldn't keep the news to herself and had to share her son's achievement with fellow guests at a brunch with the America Cup yachting team in London earlier this week.

As if having an increasingly mobile child isn't enough of a handful, the Duchess has had a busy schedule of late and is keeping a high profile despite suffering embarrassment after German tabloid Bild published pictures of her rather revealing fashion malfunction.
As well as the sailing event, People reports Kate attended a party celebrating Prince Philip's birthday later that day and prior to that she and Prince William spent time in the Perthshire area of Scotland.
Meanwhile, the 32-year-old has also been redecorating her young family's country home - Anmer Hall, on Sandringham Estate - and is said to be very close to finishing the project.
Rumour has it this foray into interior design has led to Kate becoming completely obsessed with creating the perfect cosy getaway and, er, finding the perfect fireplace. But of course.
