The reality star has released the image - captioned "my everything" - after rumours emerged she and her new husband are already trying for another baby.
A source close to the couple told New! magazine the 33-year-old "wants to get pregnant now".
However, this will not come as a shock to fans of the star. She confessed earlier this year: "I've always wanted about six kids. After having North, I would have a million."
