A man's rigorously maintained Excel spreadsheet documenting every time his wife rejected him for sex has gone viral online.
The document meticulously lists each time he asked his wife for sex and the three times - out of 27 - that she agreed.
The list includes excuses like "I'm exhausted' (fair enough), "I feel sweaty" (urgh, but fine) and the elliptical "(non verbal)".
The man showed his wife the document when she said she was going on a business trip for 10 days. He tried to use the spreadsheet to prove they had been making love less than twice a month, though the fact she then posted it online indicates it may have backfired.
"My husband sent me an immature, inflammatory email as I was driving to the airport for a 10-day work trip," she said.
"It’s a sarcastic diatribe basically saying he won’t miss me for the 10 days I’m gone. According to his “document”, we’ve only had sex 3 times in the last 7 weeks, out of 27 “attempts” on his part."
