Boxer Ricky Hatton's 12-Year-Old Son To Step Into The Ring

Like father, like son...

Ricky 'Hitman' Hatton's 12-year-old son is set to follow him into the ring.

Campbell Hatton will make his debut as a young competition boxer this year.

He boxes at the same club in Hyde, Gtr Manchester, where his dad trained as a kid. But although Ricky has been impressed, he wants his son to take things slowly.

The former world champion said: "I don't want to put too much pressure on him. He's been training for a few months and enjoying the game."

A friend said: "Ricky will be ringside to watch Campbell in action - who better to have fighting your corner than The Hitman?"
