Now here's an overshare we never thought we'd hear from Cameron Diaz.
The actress has recently turned author, spending the last 18 months penning a health book entitled The Body Book, which features an entire chapter on pubic hair. Yup, that's right - pubic hair. And it even outlines Diaz's own preferences for her, err, downstairs hair.
A revealing extract published on Radar Online reveals that the leggy beauty thinks laser hair removal is a mistake and that she likes to leave some "pretty draping" behind.
She goes on to try and convince womankind to leave its private hair intact, insisting that our vaginas are "mysterious" and we should allow them be unwrapped "like a gift".
She begins: "I hear that there's a big fad these days of young women undergoing laser hair removal on all of their lady bits," she begins.
"Personally, I think permanent laser hair removal sounds like a crazy idea. Forever?"
In case of losing us, she then calls upon our penchant for fashion: "I know you may think you'll be wearing the same style of shoes forever and the same style of jeans forever, but you won't.
"The idea that vaginas are preferable in a hairless state is a pretty recent phenomenon, and all fads change, people."
Very true, Cameron. But she's not done there: "Pubic hair also serves as a pretty draping that makes it a little mysterious to the one who might be courting your sexiness."
We're blushing now Cameron, we really are. But she continues: "Do you really want a hairless vagina for the rest of your life?"
"It's a personal decision, but I'm just putting it out there: Consider leaving your vagina fully dressed, ladies.
"Twenty years from now, you will still want to be presenting it to someone special, and it would be nice to let him or her unwrap it like the gift that it is," she finishes.
The book was released on 31 December 2013, and if this extract is anything to go by we can learn A LOT about Cameron by reading it.
