Dad Charged For Punishing His Son By Biting And Hanging Him On Railings

A dad was arrested and charged after he 'disciplined' his 10-year-old son by biting him, choking him and hanging him up on a fence.

Marty Andrews, 37, from Houston was seen choking and biting the boy by shocked witnesses on February 26.

Khou.com reports that the enraged father 'body-slammed' his son onto the hood of a car after he thought he had been fighting during a football game.

Court documents allege that Andrews then picked the boy up by his shirt and threw him into a fence before hanging him on railings.

The 10-year-old agreed with the accusations made against his father, and said that he had also been squeezing his throat while questioning him about his behaviour.

His dad said that he believed his son had been rowing with children during a football gameand said he he never bit him, but that his teeth hit his forehead by accident.

He admitted to holding him up by his shirt and putting him on the car, and holding him up against the fence by his neck.

Andrews has been charged with felony injury to a child.
