Does Adele's New Neck Tattoo Mean Her Baby's Called Angelo?

She's yet to confirm the name of her baby son, but the letter A tattoo new mum Adele showed off on her neck at last night's Grammys sent the rumour mill ablaze with the certainty that he is indeed called Angelo.

Gossip that the Greek/Italian name (meaning angel) had been bestowed upon the baby began doing the rounds last week when the singer was papped in LA sporting a gold 'Angelo' necklace.

Adele however has steadfastly refused to publicly comment, claiming it is just 'too intimate' to share. Not everyone in her circle is so discreet though - last month a mole told The Sun that 'those close to Adele have been told the baby is called Angelo' and added they were not sure of 'the significance of the name'.

"She's wanted to keep it quiet but it was always going to come out sooner or later," the unnamed source said at the time.

Jubilant Adele walked away from the awards last night with the best pop solo performance accolade for the James Bond theme song, Skyfall.

And whether the swirly letter A inked below her right ear is a reference to baby Angelo or she's just inked her own initial to keep the press guessing, it certainly served one useful purpose at the ceremony - as a welcome distraction from her curtain horror frock and matchy matchy shoes. Oh Adele, we like you in black gowns.
