The weather men have been telling us for days now autumn is well on its way, but we always take what they say with a large pinch of salt.
However, when our favourite street styler Fearne Cotton hits the pavements of our fair capital sporting a HUGE knitted sweater, we know it's time to pack away our summer togs.
The 32-year-old DJ was spotted leaving the Radio 1 studios in London in black skinnies, sparkly over-the-knee boots and aforementioned heavy knitwear... our cue to start wearing our new-season capsule collection pronto.
Fearne clutched a bottle of water (a fashionista essential) and a large lilac clutch as she headed home from her stint behind the mic, but we don't think it'll be long before she adds a coat to this autumnal mix and swaps out the water for a hot brew and the clutch for an oversized carryall (so that she can tote around all her wintry essentials like lipbalm, gloves, hat and scarf).
