A boy of five turned medical hero when he found his 31-year-old mum in a diabetic coma.
Quick thinking Kai Haywood is also diabetic and knew Stacey had to eat something quickly to bring her around – so he fed her Wotsits.
He even dispensed a glucose tablet to his mother before phoning relatives for help.
Proud Stacey from Bobblestock, Hereford, said her brave boy saved her life.
"He did everything right, which for a five-year-old is fantastic," she told The Mirror.
"He came into my bedroom and could not wake me up so he fed me some Wotsits, which were on a table, and then gave me a glucose tablet. Then he rang for help."
Stacey added that her son is 'very clever for his age'.
"He knew what to do to help me as he is diabetic and has been brought up with it."
Medics heaped praise on Kai and said his swift actions meant Stacey recovered from the hypoglycaemic attack.
