George Clooney is engaged to Amal Alamuddin, his British lawyer girlfriend - and we totally thought the Ocean's Eleven star would definitely be a bachelor forever!
The 52-year-old actor and political activist has broken the hearts of a million Doug Ross fans (yes, we're still obsessed with ER) by putting a super beautiful, blingy ring on his partner's finger.
And, according to a source close to the couple, this ain't no flash decision - they "plan to be together forever".
An insider told People magazine: "George and Amal are trying to keep things very low-key but they also aren't really trying to hide this, it doesn't seem. I think it's like they want the people they love to know that this is real."
Clooney's agent has not denied the engagement, and at a recent dinner the couple had with friends Ed Norton and Cindy Crawford at Nobu in California, humanitarian lawyer Alamuddin was spotted excitedly showing off the ring to Cindy.
Although a surprise - given he seemed to be committed to a bachelor's lifestyle - this would not be the first time the actor said "I do".
From 1989 to 1993, he was married to fellow actor Talia Balsam but famously confessed when it comes to marriage, he "wasn't very good at it".
Prior to starting his relationship with Alamuddin, Clooney dated ex-wrestler, model and actress Stacy Keibler who has since gone on to tie the knot with Future Ads CEO Jared Pobre and recently announced the couple were expecting their first child.
Perhaps the actor was inspired by her move to settle down? Who knows! Anyway, congrats George and Amal!
