Stress is a funny thing. The more stressed you are, the more you think you're too stressed for annoying things like relaxation.
That's what I thought up until I was 20. I was an intern losing my mind over bosses' coffee orders until a colleague took me to lunch and taught me how to meditate.
I was full of skepticism. I really didn't want to meditate. But I went along with it and the results were amazing. I was more relaxed. I was nicer. I lost a tonne of weight (no more stress-induced vending machine visits).
