The iPotty sounded like one of those awful American gimmicks when it was launched earlier this year – but it's now taking off in the UK.

You can even buy this marvellous device on Amazon. In case you're wondering, it's a potty, with an iPad activity stand. Handy for those busy toddlers who need to keep in touch. You know what it's like when you're waiting for a really important email.
