But now, rumour has it that Robin Thicke is jealous of the Wrecking Ball singer's success after THAT raunchy stage performance at the 2013 MTV Video Music Awards.
According to a report in US Weekly, Thicke is still livid about Miley's antics and claims she went 'too far' when she groped him with the foam finger.
A source said: "Robin is jealous Miley's career took off after that. He thinks she hijacked the performance."
At the time, 36-year-old Robin was criticised for being old enough to know better, but he passed the blame onto Miley when he appeared on the Oprah Winfrey show.
